Using Lubricants

Let’s face it, we are not always self lubricating. Maybe we are getting older, maybe we have been with the same lover for awhile and just don’t have that oooh going on anymore (or to be fair- less so)  or maybe we are in a sex marathon and we just have had a lot of sex in one session and aren’t creating it anymore.

Water based Lubricant

It is easy to use, silky and smooth. You can find thicker variety, gel variety, thin variety. The fact that it is water based means it does absorb into your body so the need to reapply does happen, but less so with the thick kind.  However if you are having some hot sex, it will need it and if we are talking anal sex, definitely.

Silicone Based

I personally love silicone based lubricant! But you can’t use it with silicone toys as they eat each other up. And many toys will dissolve with silicone based lube. So I save it for strait on sex and for anal sex. You can also use silicone based lubricant in water, so if you are having a hot tub sex session you can use it!

Let’s just say that sex with lubricant as a woman is so much better than sex without. Too much and you are going to feel too slick, but just enough and it is game on!
